Annual Customer Service
(12 months) includes:

  • Shopping with an expert – four episodes a year (five hours each shopping).
  • AD HOC shopping – 3 holidays (for example – New Year, 8th March, Birthday) or particular occasions (three hours each shopping).
  • Wardrobe analysis – twice a year (autumn-winter and spring-summer, 4 – 5 hours each).
  • Personal “Look Book” creation based on client’s wardrobe: the combination of your wardrobe better clothing ensembles, taking into account your colour, body and stylistic preferences. Photography and album making are followed.
  • Hair colouring and Hair-Style recommendations. In accordance with client’s desire it’s possible to provide an Image-Accompanying to a beauty salon.
  • Make-up master class (six hours).
  • Stylist’s phone advices.
  • Client informing about new arrivals in shops and show-rooms
